Terms & Conditions

When you make a reservation with Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

Booking & Payment

Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 50€ (or 500 MAD) per person has been received. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled flight date. We accept bank transfers and cash payment on-site at the launch location.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight, your deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight are non-refundable. If we have to cancel a flight because of bad weather, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule at a date that works for you.

Safety & Passenger Requirements

All passengers must be at least 6 years old. For safety reasons, pregnant women and passengers with serious cardiac or mobility conditions cannot fly. The maximum passenger weight is 120 kg. All passengers must follow crew instructions at every stage of the experience.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, email address, phone number) only to process your booking enquiry. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us at info@hotairballooninmarrakech.com.

Liability

Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech carries full third-party liability insurance. We accept no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the experience. We cannot be held liable for flight cancellations caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
