When you book a flight or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, hotel or pickup location, and any details you share about your group or flight preferences. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp number and messages.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information only to process your booking, arrange your hotel pickup, answer your questions and send you the confirmation and flight details. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the experience — for example giving your hotel name to the driver who collects you.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads measurement cookies when you arrive through one of our advertisements. Our contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the website keeps working without them.

Data Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable period.
