Booking Terms & Conditions

The Agreement

These conditions apply to every booking made with Moro Experiences LTD, operator of Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech. By confirming a reservation you accept them in full.

Booking & Payment

Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit of €50 (or 500 MAD) per person has been received. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled flight date. We accept bank transfers and cash payment on-site at the launch location.

Prices & What Is Included

The prices shown on each flight page are per person and include hotel pickup and return in the Marrakech area, the balloon flight, a traditional Berber breakfast, full insurance and a flight certificate.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight, your deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Safety always comes first. If we have to cancel a flight because of weather conditions, you choose between a full refund and a free reschedule at a date that works for you.

Passenger Requirements

All passengers must be at least 6 years old. For safety reasons, pregnant women and passengers with serious cardiac or mobility conditions cannot fly. The maximum passenger weight is 120 kg. All passengers must follow crew instructions at every stage of the experience.

Liability

Moro Experiences LTD carries full third-party liability insurance. We accept no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the experience, and we cannot be held liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
